Higher Quality Animated GIFs

I'm looking for a way to up my animated GIF quality from Photoshop. I'm often making GIFs for clients' eblasts, but they're commenting on image quailty. At this point I just use Save for Web (Legacy) and go as high quailty as I can.

Aside from just explaining that GIFs are a lossy format, are there any tools out there aside from SfW that can help me deliver higher-quality animated GIFs I can use in conjunction with Photoshop and/or After Effects?
