horrible noise when image sent to my phone from PS

Photo Folks,

I am using PS 2021 and LR version 10 and also Elements 13 on occasion. I have just noticed that

when I take an image from PS or Elements and send it to my Android Samsung 8 it comes out looking like someone sprinkled pepper on it! This image contained a composite photo but it also happened with the background photo without the composite subject. Other images seem to transfer without the pepper.

Any ideas?

Thank you all very much.

Hi. How are you transferring the image to the smartphone? Maybe there is some dithering applied to the image. Can you post a screenshot?

Hello Marliton,
I transferred the photo to my phone just by emailing it to myself. I have
done it many times and never with this result. I don't know how to take a
screenshot of the smart phone image. Maybe I can make a photo which has its
own artifacts.
I will log in to the community and see if I can send you something
representative.
Thanks,
Richard
