Please understand that my grammar is not good.

When i use "Flip Canvas Horizontal&Vertical", every time display on this icon on the top.

i don't know what's this icon name, cannot disable it.

try turn off view-extars (ctrl+h)That was worked the only time.

that every time.on the top..This is crazy.

1)How can I disable this crazy icon?

2)What is this icon name?

 

i am use in photoshop version 21.2.1

It might be a marker from the Color Sampler tool. Select the Color Sampler tool (behind the Eye Dropper) and drag it off the canvas.

 

Without the "1" in the corner it would look like the Transform Reference point.
