How do I get the name of a saved swatch color from my image?

I saved a swatch group containing specific colours. Every colour in the swatch group has been named.

I'm working with an indexed colour image, and loaded that swatch group as the palette.

I have split each colour into its own layer so the histogram can quickly and easily tell me how many pixels of each colour exist in that layer, but I can't work out how to sample/eyedropper the colour and have it look up/return the name of the colour present in each layer from my swatches.

Is there any way to do this?

How?
