Hello, I bought a mock up but its sizes don't fit to the sizes I need to see the design on it.
The design is 43*39 cm and the mockup is 74cm or something like that. As this product as S M and L sizes and I need the S size I have difficulties to see the real design on it.
Use Images size, set the size to 43cm. If the print resolution increases to more then your printer can handle you may need to resample to reduce the number of pixels in the template. 74CM is a large print.
