Which Brush Panel: the one that opens by clicking on the down arrow next to the brush icon in the upper-left corner of the screen.

Question: 1. How do you drag this panel to a different location on the screen?

                 2. What is this panel call and where can you find it on the keyboard shortcut menu to assigned it

a shortcut key to open and close it?

I've seen on youtube that some artist are able to do this.

Thanks in Advance.
