How i can load .abr & .pat files to photoshop via script?

Hi, I'm trying to make an extension panel that allows users to create a specific effect in 01 clicks, I make everything perfectly but I want to write a script to help me to load brushes & pattern that I've been using them in the effects actions, and the path should be the same path of the presets folder of photoshop version where the user executes the script. and if the presets exist the script needs to replace them with the new presets every time the user uses the script. can anyone help me with that!

No, this one doesn't help me to load .abr and .pat and .atn files. I'm new in photoshop scripting, I need a whole script to help me load those types of files.
