Hi, I tried looking for the answer everywhere but unfortunately, I still can't find it. How do I make my existing canvas into a new layer? I want to turn my current canvas into a new layer so that I can easily edit and make changes to it as an image. Imagine all my existing layers merged in a new layer, except without actually merging them together. I just want to add my existing canvas as a new layer. Thank you in advance.

You can create a new layer of all you visible layers merged in as  a composite.  There is shortcut for that stamp visible layers (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+E).   I normal use two shortcut for of the current target layer is not visible the shortcut does not work. So I use two shortcut (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+N)(Alt+Ctrl+Shift+E) or simply (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+N+E).   (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+N) adds a new empty visible layer and is the current targeted layer (Alt+Ctrl+Shift+E) stamps the current composite into the new empty laye
