How to contact Adobe about subscription.

Hi, I bought a monthly subscription to Photoshop and Lightroom but when I went to download it onto my computer it wouldn't work as my mac is very old. I do not think this was very well advertised concerning the age of the mac. I was hoping that I may be able to use my mum or dad's mac in order to run it but their macs are also too old, so I have never actually been able to download or use it. It's been just under a month now, so I decided to cancel and now it seems that I have to pay £54 (a ridiculous amount of money) in order to cancel something I have not even downloaded. I can't be expected to subscribe to something that I cannot run or use and there seems to be literally no one that I can talk to about this. Adobe's help number doesn't seem to work and there is no email address. I'm really disappointed and just need some help/advice. Thank you.
