I have 60 odd pages of handwritten notes on ruled paper with a margin

I'd like to remove the ruled lines and the margins

I've tried colour range but haven't been able to get the result I'm looking for

Most of the notes are in blue ink and some highlighted words are in red.

Is there anyway I can effectively clean up and remove the lines and just keep the stuff that I've written in pen ?

Further can this process be applied in a batch to the rest of the photos

Please try a method like this (about contrast and color range)

Also, I don't know if this is just a quick test, but to get the best result it's worth taking your time to avoid perspective. Hold the camera over the dead centre  of the page. Use the actual camera lens position, not the centre of the phone.

Then you can crop the margins easily.

Also to work with colours make sure the pages are very well lit.
