How to create printed text (Ink) on paper?

Hello.

Please help!

How to create effect of printed text on paper. I mean - effect like i took a picture of my book with black symbols on the page with my iphone.

Here example:

Maybe i have to use some specials brushes or special filter?

Can anyone help?
