How to delete temp file permanently ?

hi guys  I was deleted the temp file but when I reopen the photosop file it comes back, can you fix it so that the temp file is permanently deleted?

Close the recovery document in Photoshop. The close and reopen Photoshop.  To make sure the Close of the recovery document deleted the PSB recovery file in your Photoshop version recovery folder.
