How to fill a outline made with a brush in mask?

Hi, 

When i make a mask with the brush, i outline it and than fill it with al larger brush.

In CaptureOne you can fill up the outline by a click.

Has PS this toobx?

Magic and Tool 

Select > Modify > Expand 

Edit > Fill 

I would not recommend using the Paint Bucket Tool for this.
