How to I match the skintone in a faceswap?

Hi all! 

Im doing a faceswap for a friends birthdaycard as a joke. I´ve pretty happy with the result, but the skintone difference from the original face is way lighter then the face Im swapping/merging into. How do I fix this?

I´ve tried a couple of YouTube tutorials, but after I blend the images together, it just does´nt get the way I want.
