How can I remove black objects inside the glasses and paint them back in the same colour?

By "black objects", do you mean the arms of the glasses? I can think of a couple of things to try:

• Clone stamp tool
• Content aware fill
• Delete the existing lense and replace with a gradient using the same colors.
