Hi,

I created a layer to apply a sparkle effect paint brush tool. On this layer I have around 9-10 sparkle star effects. Some of them are not position correctly on the layer. I cannot figure out how to move them individually. With the move tool, it moves all of them together. I tried using the moving tool and object selection tool. I just want to simply reposition some of the star effects around on the layer. Is this posible?

Are the stars on an otherwise transparent layer? You could select an individual star with the Lasso tool, and then reposition it with the Move tool.

If they're separated by transparent areas, you just use a selection tool, like the lasso tool, to select the area, then use the move tool to move the contents
