how to: remove spot in an old photo

hello. i (noob) have an old photo wherein there is a spot in the photo that have a different color (like a stain) than the rest. i tried to google for how to remove it but i'm afraid i'm not using the correct search term as search results keeps turning up differently.

i hope someone can help me remove the stain in the photo. i have attached that portion of the photo.

thanks however said video will erase any texture or smoothen them that are under the stain.

Usually writers and presenters refer to this as retouching, retouching old photo. There are several tools and techniques where Spot Removal Tool is easiest and semi automated option.
