How to remove the masked text box?

Hello, after I've used the masked text function, I seem to be unable to remove the text box. Whenever I drag other textboxs, that masked textbox keeps following everywhere and it's very confusing. Can anyone tell me how to remove it? Thank you!

I don’t understand what you mean by »masked text function«? 

Could you please post a screenshot (including the pertinent Panels) to illustrate the issue?
