How to save and export a design work without borders on the edges

Are borders automatically generated when printing a digital design? I printed A4 design work with a full-sized background. However, when I printed it, borders appeared on the 4 edges of A4 paper. I have to save the file and export it to a JPEG format. How can I save and export this design work with no borders around it?

Hi, Caled, does your printer offer the borderless print option? did you select it in the printer driver options?
