How to select a specific text color in Photoshop

I have been given a specific color (red 0%, green 87%, blue 183%) to be used for the text in a poster for my grandson's school. Do I just plug those numbers into the R, G &B boxes on the Color Picker window? What about all of those other numbers in the window. I'm using PS 2021 Release 22.3.1 on a Mac.

Thank you in advance
