How to work with Nik collection and PS 2020 0r 2021?

I've tried adding the folder into the plugin folders for both PS 2020 and 2021 as was suggested in an earlier post but the plugins fail to load and do not work.

Has anyone had success with making this work with these two versions.

The problem started after I removed an earlier version of PS that I had been using it.

And yes I have tried the DxO version, I like the older Nik Collection.
