How/where to download Photoshop 2019

My Win10 machine has issues with ver 22.3 but runs PS 2019 without rebooting when opening or save-as large psd files.  I suspect the problem is with my PC and ver 22.3.  I want to completely remove all PS files and registry entries before a fresh install of 22.3, but if re-installing PS 22,3 still does not correct the problem, I want to be able to re-install 2019. Where is PS 2019 available for download and installation?

Thanks for the link.  It allowed me to download and install PS 2019 and Bridge 2019.  Big help.   I had Googled unsuccessfully to find such a link.
