I am looking for a program that will break down a photo into black and white lines....help please

I have no idea what you want to get from posted image that'd be equivalent to black & white lines 😕

Working on a copy of the original image:

Image > Mode > Grayscale

Image > Mode > Bitmap

Then select the metod: halftone, shape: line and other options for the screen with the appropriate angle and frequency. Note that you may need a higher pixel resolution to resolve the image detail for the line frequency.
