I am very new to photoshop and I want to know where do you guys find good quality photos and 3D objects to use also does anyone know a good tutorial for shadows like how to put shadows efficiently and also where and when to put them any help is appreciated.

There are plenty of stock image sites, whether the images meet your expectations and output needs is another question.

For 3D content and textures you may want to look for more specialized sites.

If you want to Play around with Photoshop 3D features for now I would suggest you use Photoshop 2020 not Photoshop 2021.  Photoshop 3D feature has not been fully updated  for use in Photoshop 2021.  If you want to use  Photoshop 3D tools in Photoshop you need to read Adobe's know issues and work around(s)  and solutions https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/known-issues.html   It is highly recommended that you Disable Native Canvas in Photoshop Preferences technology section if you want to  use 3D tools
