Because my computer had been hit by virus months ago, i had to re-install the Windows 10 to solve the virus.
Then i can not deactive my PS CS6 before re-install Win10.
Recently, i want to use my serial number to set my new installed PS CS6 being active.
However, the acvtivation window shows the serial number is invalid.
How to fix this problem?

You most likely need to contact Adobe support to have them deactivate your CS6 installs It sound like your PS credentials have been destroyed on you machine. Adobe may have invalidated your serial if someone was using it to scam others.

thx, i have consulted with Adobe support, but they said the CS6 product would not be supported.
i am afraid i will be unable to use my CS6 agian.
