I can't add a color from the swatches panel

hello, I want to save a new color on the swatches panel. I clicked the Save icon, but it didn't click and save like a screenshot. How should I solve this?

Could you please post a complete screenshot with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Swatches, Options Bar, …) visible?
