I can't create new documents, my photoshop won't start

Hello, i have a problem when i launch photoshop (and illustrator too). The app freeze before showing the menu where you open/create new documents. When I open old saves (.ai or .psd) on my computer, it's opening perfectly. I just can't create new ones. 

Please help me 😞

More infos: i think that the problem is coming from the menu. When I open an old save and I click on the menu button on the top left corner (the little house) it's freezing on a dark window again...
