I can't open Photoshop

I turned off my computer and when I started it, it appears that Photoshop closed with an error, I already uninstalled the application and reinstalled it, but it still won't let me open the program. I have already submitted the problem report several times but supposedly there are no solutions for my problem. I do´nt know what's going on. Help

Are you getting an error message? If so, please share.

Try these:

• Reset Preferences following the directions to backup the preferences folder or by using a keyboard shortcut

• Uninstall again, then use the Cleaner tool

• Contact Adobe Customer Care

  Type "agent" to get a human
  An agent can look at your computer, but will likely start with preferences and the cleaner tool
