I can't save or save as in Photoshop

When I want to save a image, I can't save the image. Nothing happens...
Also when I want to 'save as', I even don't get a pop-up with the question 'save as png/jpg....' etc. 

And when I open photoshop I get an empty black screen (no overview with my latest saved images).
