I cannot understand why I pay for it

I bought photoshop last may, but I canceled it before one week passed. However, adobe took my money every month while 10 months and today, finally I noticed it. I want to ask you why I have to pay the money. I already canceled it, so there are no plan in my page. There are only no charge membership. CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY???????? Plz help me I am just a student so I don't know what to do...
