I have an error and I can't find a solution! HELP

I just updated a friend's photoshop from version 22.1.1 to version 22.3 and I get this error. I tried safe boot, reinstalled photoshop, ran compatibilty mode and nothing. Please help me I really need this version.

I really can't figure out what that means.

Based on this thread, it appears to be a problem with your GPU driver. The recommendation is to update/reinstall your driver from the Nvidia website.
