I have an issue with a cloud doc and the cloud itself

So I'm working on a file 9gb and for some reason, on assets, the doc shows my most recent updates that I've worked on at school but on my desktop ps at home, it doesn't show my changes even on the home screen my cloud documents don't show up saying "cant load cloud documents"
