i have this issue and no one seems to be able to help

whenever i open adobe photoshop or lightroom this in program ad keeps appearing and dissappearing forever. when i click the X to close it, it shuts down the entire program.does anyone know why? also i can obviously log on the web site but whenever i try to open creative cloud it says "youve been signed out. please sign back in" and then it just loads and says it again. its never ending.

Hi, I suggest you not remove both using the adobe clean remove tool then try the 2020 version maybe this is due to bugs...regards
