I need to install older version of my apps but how do i do this?

HI I recently wiped my MAC 10.10.5 and i am currently installing all my software again but apparently my mac is too old for the Adobe apps to re download so i need to download older versions....

Does anyone know how i can do this...? Not the most tech savy person!
