Until a few minutes ago, I was using Photoshop cc properly

suddenly a pop-up window appears.

" Sorry, photoshop cc has enscountered an error and needs to close ."

 

Now it's abominable to say "sorry."

I work while paying 23,100 won a month .

In the meantime, these problems have occurred over and over again.

23,100 won a month is more expensive than the price of Netflex a month.

I always think I'm paying a fair price for the programs I use.
It seems that the program is not doing as much as I paid for it.
the same problem seems to be happening to other people.

I will put in an inquiry tomorrow.


But now I hope you guys don't tell me this is my computer problem.

 

I live in Korea but these days sometimes
I have a dream of protesting with a single picket in front of your company's headquarters in the United States.
When the corona is over, I will definitely visit you.

This wasn't about computer's issue, apprently.

I am just upset as you are, because I am paying 40,000 won/month. 

so I contacted to Adobe support, but it seemed they did not know about what code 213 is.

Suddenly the issue solved itself anyway.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
