After you download be sure to double click on the .abr file to load it.

As long as you are using Photoshop CC, with a current subscription, then you can click at the top right of the brushes panel and from the drop down menu choose "Get More Brushes..." That will take you to the site to download Kyle's brush packs

I checked all the available brushes, but there is a very important brush
that is missing :
It is mixer brush that is used to go from dark to light seamlessly, for
instance, dark sky to
light sky. Or make transition from one color to another. Without this brush
I am unable
paint landscapes for instance.

If you cannot find the brush you want why not make it?

Each brush has a shape which you can base on an existing brush or define from scratch. An associated tool can also be saved with the brush shape. In your case That tool would be the mixer brush tool which has plenty of options in the options bar. Once you have the brush shape and mixer brush tool settings the way you want them save it as a new brush.
