If I move the shape it will run away

I have a file that draws with the Shape tool. There are three shapes in this shpaes group. When I move one of the shapes it will run away. I don't know the shape tool what happened .

You nideo has no audio the explaine qhat yoy are dound ame qith all the zomming,  panning, tool changoing etc its hart to know what you are actuallt doind or tryinf to do.  In the Shape tool's tool option bar hoat are thet combined?
