I have a photo taken from the internet.  I would like to put it into PS and determine the process to change the image from original.  Can PS do that?

No. There are tutorials to show you how to change/manipulate a photo.

If you are looking to compare a modified image from the original, overlay one image over the other using the layers panel.

Set the top layer to difference and you can see the variations between the two.

Thank you! I will try it!

I need to use a PS image from the internet and determine what steps were
used to manipulate the photo. It is for a class. I will try to overlay
and see if it will work with the photos I have chosen!
