Image is getting too dark after importing

Whenever i import my image to photoshop as well as in lightroom it gets super dark. But if i open camera raw filter it looks perfect. Please help how to sort this

That's a broken monitor profile from the monitor manufacturer, distributed through Windows Update.

Replace your current profile with sRGB (or Adobe RGB if wide gamut monitor). The proper way to deal with it is to use a calibrator to make a new profile, but if you don't have one, sRGB is often close enough for non-critical use. Relaunch PS/Lr when done, the profile is loaded at application startup:
