image problem while selecting.

Hi. I have a problem with selection in PS. Sometimes when I select object with lasso, image moves, as if I separately moved the whole image with the slider left or right while selecting. Win10+ASUS HD 6950

We're sorry for the trouble. Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences after the 22.0 update? If not, please try it and let us know how it goes.

now I have program errors, I can't open the file, close PS etc 😞 ofc. I was resetting my computer after updating
