Ever since updating to the latest PS version 22.0.0, the viewport of the image I'm currently working on randomly freezes. Any further changes do not appear (though they do appear on the layers panel). I can't zoom, move, edit.. nothing. Minimizing causes the image window to blank to a gray screen entirely. Closing and reopening the current file resolves the issue, but after a number of additional edits, the view freezes again. Note that Photoshop itself does not freeze, only the image window. Any fixes/workarounds? Thanks!

Same issues here unfortunately.
Mine freeze when I try to pan the canvas using CTRL+SPACE combination and a Wacom pen to drag.
Plus other issues...Every time I reboot PS preference file got corrupt.
I'm considering going back to 2020 version.

Similar issue. Usually after using a Nik filter. File image freezes to top layer and it cannot be turned off. I can make a duplicated of the file and go on working on it. Also can't drag a line off the ruler when this occurs. I have reset all my preferences to default but this did not help.

Similar issues for me on 22.1.0. I do use NIK filters and will pay attention if this is only occuring when I use them. I have to cloe the image and reopen it to be able to continue editing. Super annoying.
