Hi everyone,
Images are fine in camera raw, then are opening black onto the workspace. The thumbnail on the right shows the image though.

I have tried all the suggestions posted so far about this problem but am still having no luck.
I have updated my graphics card and Photoshop CC 2020.
The problem does stop when i uncheck use graphics card in preferences but i am wondering if this is going to affect my editing or it is okay to use photoshop like that?

My graphics card is a AMD 7th gen.

Hi Maggie,

Sorry to hear about this. Which exact graphics card is installed on your computer.

Photoshop should work fine even without using the graphics processor. However, the graphics processor is needed to access some features in Photoshop. You can read about it here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-cc-gpu-card-faq.html

Regards,
Sahil
