Importing EasyPanel 2

I've broken my Macbook Pro so unfortunately have had to buy a new one.  I've redownloaded Photoshop CC 2021 but to my dismay I have lost my all my actions, imported fonts and Easy Panel 2.  I've tried to reinstall EasyPanel 2 but cannot do it.  Everywhere I'm looking I'm being told to put it into the Extension folder but cannot find an Extension folder on this version of Photoshop CC.  I would appreciate any help I can be given to fix this.

Thank you, Jane. I have downloaded the EasyPanel. The problem I’m having
is I can’t get it into Photoshop CC 2020 and have no idea why.

My apologies, Jane for not replying to thank you.  I did contact them and they sent me another link.  It's now working fine.  Apologies again.
