Importing from Lightroom to Photoshop - quality issue

I have edited all my files in lightroom, and for some reason when I open them into photoshop the file has become really soft and blurry and lacks a huge amount of contrast.

I had a message this morning about the camera RAW processors not being up to date, but I have updated all the apps and still the same thing is happening. 

Can anyone help?!

Please post a side by side screenshot of the same file open in Lr Develop and Photoshop.
