When I try to import my photos to Photoshop, (not Lightroom), from WIA Support, using EOS 100 I always wind up connected to my HP Office 4620 Printer and I can never process my photos on Photoshop. In Lightroom I have no problem.

Hi Pecos2Paul,

You can copy the images from SD card to your machine and open the images in Photoshop. WIA support helps you to scan the images from the connected scanner in Photoshop.

Regards,

Mohit
