Impossible d'enregistrer / enregistrer sous / Photoshop

Bonjour, 

Il m'est impossible d'enregistrer ou d'enregistrer sous sur photoshop un fichier. Aucune fenêtre ne s'affiche !

Impossible également de faire Fichier > nouveau

La fonction exporter fonctionne en revanche.

J'ai essayé d'installer/désinstaller photoshop et adobe creative cloud 

J'ai la dernière version de Photoshop sous Mackbook pro 2015 avec 70go de libre

Cela m'enpêche de travailler, quelqu'un connait-il une solution ou une raison à ce problème svp ?

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the exact version of Photoshop you're using along with the macOS version you're running on the Macbook?

If you're working on macOS Catalina or macOS BigSur, please go to the System Preferences for your Mac, then Security and Privacy, then select the Privacy tab. Then select Accessibility from the list to the left and check if you see Photoshop added to the list with a check mark in front of it. If Photoshop is not a part of the list, please add it by unlocking the window first using the lock at the bottom left, then clicking the + icon and navigating to the Applications folder. Also, grant permissions to Photoshop under Full disk access located in the same list as Accessibility. Once done, restart the Mac and check if it helps.

Thank you for the help. I'm using Photoshop 2021 with MacOS Catalina 10.15.17

I tried to reset the preferences of Photoshop but it didn't work....

J'ai exactement le même problème avec Photoshop 2021 with MacOS Catalina 10.15.17. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé photoshop, aucun résultat. Je suis vraiment bloquée dans mon travail. As-tu trouvé une solution? Merci.

Hello, et du côté carte graphique ?

Ensuite à mon avis il faudrait passer par l'outil Adobe CC cleaner

Laisse  nous savoir si ça fonctionne pour qu'on puisse trouver une solution
