I'm running Windows 7 and the recent Photoshop update (22.1) doesn't work anymore. Is there any way to install an older version of the app or do I need to look into canceling my subscription and getting an alternative software?
You still haven't told us what the problem is, there are issues with Photoshop version 21.2.4 and ACR version 13.1, see my reply here, reverting to ACR version 12.4 addresses that particular issue

Hi
You can install version 21.2.4 from the CC app

I made a mistake in my original post. I actually have version 21.2.4 installed, but I need an earlier one. The only versions in my CC app that I can install are the newest one (22.1) and the one I have, (21.2.4). The link you provided shows multiple versions available, but mine only has those two. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and all that, but the problem persists.

Is there a way to install versions older than what is shown in Creative Cloud? That's the issue I'm having. Thanks!

Sorry, I actually have version 21.2.4 installed. The previous version worked, but this one doesn't.

Are you getting some kind of error message, what exactly doesn't work about it

At first it showed an error message saying some .dll files are missing from my system. I tried downloading all the files, but then the program just crashes in the splash screen. This all started after I updated to 21.2.4. I made no other changes to my system previous to that. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't do anything either. Im guessing the .dll files are supposed to be there on some newer version of windows? Stuff like api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll and api-ms-win-core-localization-obsolete-l1-2-0.dll.

Which version doesn't work.
Please described more detailed what you do or what you try to do

The version 21.2.4 does not work. The CC app doesn't even let me install the newest version because it is not compatible with my system. Please see my reply to Ged Traynor for the details.
