iPad not auto uploading into the cloud

I was able to access my photoshop file (on my computer) on my ipad to edit on there. However, it doesn't seem that the work I did on the iPad is uploading to the Cloud. It is suppose to do it automatically and when I hit the save button, it still is not showing on the "Cloud document" on my computer. 

Can anyone kindly assist? Thanks!

Notes: internet connection is good on both devices, both are newest versions

iPad Photoshop can not save files it work with cloud documents.

Update: seems like once I restarted the PS on my iPad it was showing on Photoshop's Cloud. Must've been a weird glitch on the iPad side. 

I did lose all the work that I did, which is why I hesitant about closing down PS. So FYI for you all!
