Is it possible to disable shortcut keys selectively?

This question will seem like heresy to most Pshop users, but I use shortcut keys sparingly.

The main reason for the question is that two that I use often are [ and ] to adjust the size of brushes, but keys nearby do things too and if I accidently press one I end up in an adventure game trying to guess the magic word to get things back to normal.  On the latest occasion that prompted this request, I couldn't get to the History panel and ended up with a mess of lines I needed to fix.  After I fixed it all, I realized that maybe CTRL-z might have fixed it, but I prefer the History panel.
