I am Here to Get Some Suggestions about my [spam website link behind "my" removed by moderator] old Laptop In Which i want to Work on Editing with Adobe Photoshop. Is anyone can Tell me This Heavy Software Easily Run in My Laptop with Given Specifications. 

• 4Gb RAM
• 500gb ROM
• i5 3rd Gen

You can try using an older version of Photoshop on the laptop you have shared the specifications of. For the system requirements of the older versions, you can check: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements/earlier-versions.html
